how to prepare for a reading

Please keep in mind that while I aim to address your questions, it is your energetic system that paves the way, and it may have a deeper agenda that is more significant.

To support your energy system in eliminating toxins and expanding its flow, please increase your water intake starting two days prior to your scheduled session. Drinking ample water during this period aids in flushing out impurities from your system.

As I will be reading your energy, it is essential that you are not sick during your scheduled time - whether in person or online. When you're sick, your energy is low, which directly impacts the course & outcome of the reading. Ensuring your well-being at the scheduled time is essential for an optimal reading experience.
